Axion never injects into a game, never reads a game's memory and never edits a running game's files. It changes Windows settings, and it will not touch an anti-cheat process, service or driver. Secure Boot, the TPM and virtualization are the settings anti-cheat expects, and the health check tells you to keep those on.
Yes, and that is the point. Every change is written down before it is made, Revert all puts them all back, and a System Restore point is made before every boost. Removing preinstalled apps and deleting caches are the exceptions, and the app says so before it does either.
Both. A few tweaks exist only on one of them; those say so and skip themselves on the other.
Yes, and it behaves differently on one. The tweaks that trade heat or battery for speed are skipped or left out of the Laptop preset, and Axion says when a setting would cost battery.
