Your 14-day right
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content you start using straight away, that right can end once you use it, but only if you agreed to that when you paid. If you didn't, your 14-day right applies.
When we refund
- Axion doesn't run on a PC that meets the requirements, and we can't fix it
- Premium didn't activate on your account, and we couldn't sort it out
- You were charged more than once
- Axion doesn't do something this website says it does
How to ask
Email support@axiontweaks.com with the email address on your receipt and a short description of what happened. We try to reply within three working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five to ten days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Swedish or EU consumer law. Where this policy and the law differ, the law wins.
