Who we are
Axion is made and sold by Axion UF (about us), and when you buy Premium, you buy it from us. You can reach us at support@axiontweaks.com, and we answer ourselves.
Your licence
Premium is a personal licence linked to the Discord or Google account you buy with. You can use it on computers you own. You may not resell or share your account, or redistribute the software.
What Axion does
Axion changes Windows settings, services, scheduled tasks, network settings and game configuration files on the PC it runs on, and needs administrator rights to do so. The app shows what each tweak does before you apply it, and by applying tweaks you agree to those changes being made. Only run Axion on computers you own or are allowed to change.
Advanced options
Some advanced options are off by default and explained in the app before you choose them. They trade certain Windows security protections, such as real-time antivirus scanning or CPU security mitigations, for performance. Whether to use them is your choice.
Your own backups
Axion makes a restore point and saves settings before changing them. That lowers the risk a lot, but it isn't a guarantee, so keep your own backups of anything important.
Performance
Results depend on your hardware, drivers and setup. Nothing on this website promises a specific frame rate on your PC.
Games
Axion isn't a cheat and doesn't interact with games while they run. Optional graphics presets edit game settings files. You're responsible for following the rules of the games you play.
Liability
Axion is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost data or time spent restoring a system. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Updates
Premium includes free updates to Axion 1. We may change or remove features over time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you keep the protections of the law where you live.
